Who We are

We Purchase Salmon straight from the fisherman’s skiff in Ninilchik located on the Kenai Peninsula, our Halibut come fresh from the clean waters of Prince William Sound.

What We Offer

We have fresh fish available in season. After season we have fresh frozen fillets steaks and smoked strips throughout the year.

Wild Alaskan Salmon~

Our salmon is fresh from the fishermen of Cook Inlet, processed immediately to lock in the maximum flavor and nutrition.

 Natural ocean-caught wild Sockeye (Red) and Chinook (King) salmon are some of the world’s most nutritious sources of protein. Wild Alaskan salmon are very high in omega-3 fatty acids, low in saturated fats and contain many other nutrients needed for a healthy lifestyle.

High-grade vacuum pouches are used to keep our frozen salmon at its peak flavor.  The clear packaging gives the consumer the visual satisfaction of the premium product inside.

Clear retort pouches keep our smoked salmon in excellent condition at room temperature, no need for refrigeration with a shelf life of up to five years.
